Our pets often enjoy chewing house plants. However, many of them are toxic and can lead to serious poisoning or death even if your pet swallowed only a tiny tiny peace of such plant. Here is a list of most common dangerous plants for dogs and cats:

Especially you have to supervise your dog outside your home as most of these plants grow in the open air. Plants like Philodendron, Cactus, Dieffenbachia are very common at home and if you have them you need to restrict the access of your pet to them of simply throw them away. If you saw your pet chewing or swallowing one of these plants immediately take it to the vet!
