My grandfather had a lot of experience about this cat from when it was a kitten and therefore was applied to cases of cat diarrhea and sometimes as he explained he had to seek medical attention when the cat diarrhea for more than two days — some of the reasons why does my cat have diarrhea are discussed below.
In case It Overfeeding.
Having a delicious meal is, of course, a reason why we Overfeed, and this is of no difference with our pets. Your cat may tend to eat a lot not knowing the consequences behind overfeeding. At home, you can control the amount that your cat eat, but in other cases like those cats that like going outside, it will be difficult to control the amount they eat. Some may even consume a lot of spoiled food, and all this will lead to diarrhea. Kittens though are the most affected by cases of overfeeding and the effect of this will be diarrhea which will be temporary.

Your cat may encounter cases of infections which off course is a normal phenomenon that any living organism will undergo in their stages of life. Sometimes this may be accompanied by vomiting. Most people will only think of worms and will term this as the primary cause though harmful bacteria and virus frequently make your cat diarrhea.
In case You Deworm Your Cat.
Deworming usually is done to kill the endoparasites, those parasites that live inside one’s body. Cat also has worms, and the common one is a tapeworm. This may be of different category and some of which can be transmitted by young fleas in case your cat swallows it. This will lead to growth and development of the worm and also reproduction. After deworming, a cat will pass out a liquid stool which will contain pieces of the worms. This is the mechanism that can only be used to get rid of the remnants.
4.In case Of Teething.
Teething takes place in kittens, and this is the stage just like in human beings it will undergo and this will help the kitten to do away with milk teeth and acquire strong teeth which will help it in hunting and eating solid foods. One of the signs to know that your kitten is teething is if it happens to diarrhea. This is also temporal and should not make you worry.
5.In the case of hyperthyroidism.
Hyperthyroidism is a condition of the thyroid where there is excess production of hormones. Thyroid control of how our bodies work. This is the same way in cats. Hyperthyroidism will interfere with digestion, and the effect will be diarrhea.
